Scott Manthorne is a globally recognized networking strategist, author, and connector, best known as the founder of The Inside Circle — a private, invitation-only network linking high-performing entrepreneurs and CEOs. Since 1992, Scott’s relationship-driven approach has helped facilitate over $500 million in new sales across every continent.
His entrepreneurial journey spans diverse sectors. In the sports world, he founded Athletes & Executives (helping pro athletes transition into business) and All Sports United (a think tank supporting nonprofit and athlete-led initiatives). In recent years, he’s directed his focus to the high-net-worth sector, supporting the Family Office space, private aviation, and yachting.
Scott is also the author of three influential books: The Network Effect, The Military Effect, and The Pickleball Effect , each reflecting his commitment to connection, purpose, and impact.
Outside of business, Scott’s life is grounded in movement, mentorship, and personal connection. He spent 12 years coaching softball and soccer, holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is an avid pickleball player. He cherishes global travel, philanthropic causes, and meaningful time with his daughter, family, and close friends.
Raised along the coast of Maine, Scott developed an early love for open space, simple conversation, and purpose-driven living.
