Carl Foster

Carl Foster is the President/CEO of Foster Communications Group, LLC, and a driving force in the world of pickleball. He founded the World Pickleball Conference, launched in Las Vegas (2024), Palm Beach (2025), and expanding to San Diego (2026). He also hosts and executive produces Inside WORLD Pickleball, a five-year-running TV series airing on FOX Sports, CBS Sports, Amazon Prime Video, and PickleTV. 

A broadcast veteran, Foster entered pickleball in 2019 through the Delray Beach Open ATP event, where he’s been the “Voice of the DBO” for 30 years. He’s produced national TV content for USTA events and the Tennis Channel. Recognizing pickleball’s explosive growth, he launched Inside Florida Pickleball and later Inside WORLD Pickleball, partnering with top organizations and athletes. 

Foster co-founded major pro pickleball events, including the Delray Beach Pickleball Open and the APP Masters in Boca Raton, both drawing over 1,000 players and airing on ESPN and CBS Sports. He co-owns the Boca Raton Picklers, 2024 NPL Champions and Boca’s first pro sports team to win a national title. 

A seasoned event producer, he’s led celebrity golf tournaments and faith-based sports initiatives, raising over $1 million for charities. Foster has also held executive roles at the World Leaders Conference and founded The Good Sports Magazine Show. A Vietnam veteran and former broadcaster with AFRTS, he remains active in ministry and community service. 

Carl resides in Florida with his wife Nancy and their five children, continuing to shape sports media and ministry with passion and purpose.
