Casey Brown has devoted her career to designing transformative experiences and connecting people. With more than two decades of experience producing international sports, music, and entertainment events, she has built a career around bringing people together through powerful, shared moments that leave a lasting impact. 

Her career began behind the scenes of large-scale sporting events, often paired with music and entertainment, where she developed a deep appreciation for the energy and unity these events can spark. Over time, her focus shifted to more intentional, purpose driven gatherings that prioritize connection, creativity, and meaning. 

Casey is the Co-Founder of the Necker Island Pickleball Forum and Pro-Am, which launched in 2024. This annual event is unique to Necker Island, pickleball courts are specially built on-island, musical entertainment is woven in, and a curated group of inspiring individuals gather to play, connect, and engage. She sees pickleball as a joyful, accessible way to bring people together across backgrounds, and believes Necker Island provides a rare and meaningful setting to do just that. 

Giving back has always been central to Casey’s work. Whether aligning events with philanthropic missions or supporting causes close to her heart, she is passionate about using experiences as a force for good. Just as importantly, she’s committed to building teams who care, people who lead with intention, humility, and heart.
