Chandler Carney

Chandler Carney is a U.S. immigration lawyer, entrepreneur, and one of the driving forces behind the growth of pickleball in Latin America. Originally from Indianapolis, she earned her law degree from Indiana University and spent years practicing immigration law, with a focus on appellate work. Her legal career laid the foundation for her leadership in international sport. 

A former collegiate volleyball captain at the University of West Florida, Chandler’s love for racquet sports grew after moving to Santiago, Chile. There, she transitioned from padel to pickleball and quickly recognized the sport’s potential. She co-founded Pickleball UC by KONDOR, one of Chile’s leading clubs, and launched KONDOR Pickleball, a brand known for its innovative gear designed for the next generation of players. 

Chandler is a board member and Legal Committee Chair of the Global Pickleball Federation (GPF), helping build the sport’s global governance structure in line with Olympic standards. She has represented Chile at the Pickleball World Cup and is deeply involved in bringing professional-level organization, training, and events to the region.
