Born and raised in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Martina earned a Division I tennis scholarship that brought her to Texas, where she met her husband, Lt. Col. Andrew Kochli. As a proud military spouse, she has lived and led across the U.S., building community through sport.

A former PPA and MLP pro, Martina is a globally recognized figure in pickleball. She co-founded MyPickleball Coach, a first-of-its-kind coaching-as-a-service platform built with elite athletes like Collin Johns, delivering personalized and scalable coaching to players of all levels.

Today, Martina serves as Global Brand Ambassador for Dill Dinkers®, a rapidly growing indoor pickleball franchise. She is leading the brand’s expansion across Florida, particularly in the Tampa and Lakeland regions, alongside her husband Andrew, a decorated U.S. Army veteran and Northwestern Kellow School Alumni. Together, they co-founded American Pickleball, high-quality boutique pickleball tournaments focused on community, inclusivity, and excellence.

Martina has directed tournaments, corporate events, and elite training sessions for companies such as Okta and Amazon Web Services. Her background in high-performance competition, business development, and event management uniquely position her to drive the growth of pickleball nationwide.

Beyond the court, Martina is a proud mother to three children—Scarlett (14), Thayer (9), and Harper (2). Her commitment to sport, family, and service defines her journey and inspires her ongoing mission to build something lasting through pickleball.
