Timber Tucker
In 2019, Timber came upon his local pickleball courts, and nothing has been the same since. By 2023, he had sold his company, helped found the Indiana University Pickleball Team, and began working part-time for a paddle company to learn more about the business. As the IU pickleball program grew, Timber realized how much he loved the college pickleball community. He has had the privilege of being a part of the college pickleball explosion over the last few years.
Timber is also active in the Bloomington, Indiana, pickleball community. Realizing the need for indoor courts in the college town, he borrowed some roll-out courts and found an old warehouse to install them. Today, the Bloomington Pickleball Warehouse not only serves as home for the IU Pickleball team but also serves as the community’s only indoor hardcourt pickleball facility.
Timber lives in Bloomington with his fiancée, Kristine, and their son, Cooper, along with a small menagerie of pets. His older son, Luke, serves in the United States Air Force, currently stationed in Japan.
